Long Story Short and some Lyrics

So yea, long story short...Spam is going to go live with my little sister and I have two new hamsters. Their names are Peanutbutter and Jelly. Nice eh?
School starts in less than a week. I dropped Greek. I just don't want the stress, and I really don't need the minor. Plus, I always have felt sort of stupid in that class. It's like I'm always being looked down upon. It's that way a lot of times in philosophy classes too. People get intellectually arrogant and just feel that it's their job to stop all over you. For a reference see "Intellectual" by the Lacivious Biddies, but for now here's a little Greg Talmage...w00t.

What you said, well it was just words
Or so I heard
But I’d be so willing to show you the love you deserve, tonight
If I could just find the words
And if only you heard
Would you see that I’d never begin to deserve you tonight

I stopped in mid-sentence
Cause breathing’s a hard thing to do when I see you smile, just smile
Baby, don’t end this
Cause you’ll break so much more than my heart if you do, stay a while
Rest your head in my arms cause girl, you’re so worthwhile

Oh no, not another chessclub romance
Cause I know, I’m just another move
And you move me in a not-so-ordinary dance
And girl I’m stuck on you
Yeah I’m stuck on you

You’re just about perfects
But I know that I won’t find the words to make you believe
Baby please believe
That we might be worth it
So just look deep inside, and find that you don’t want to leave
Just sit right down, and stay here a while with me

Oh no, not another chessclub romance
Cause I know, I’m just another move
And you move me in a not-so-ordinary dance
And girl I’m stuck on you
Yeah I’m stuck on you

And I’d give so much to love you
To be more than a face in your crowd
Like the sun that’s shinin’ above you
So just sit right down, while we work this whole thing out

Oh no, not another chessclub romance
Cause I know, I’m just another move
And you move me in a not-so-ordinary dance
And girl I’m stuck on you
Yeah I’m stuck on you

Yeah, I must admit, in most classes, I felt like I was the smartest person, and could easily have the highest grade if I wanted...except in foreign language classes, math, and Philosophy of Film. I have never felt so dumb in my life. I remember one paper I wrote on Fellini's 8 1/2 that I thought was genius. I got an 80. Sad was I. I made two C's at LSU, and I do believe that one was closer to a D than a B. I miss Schufreider, though. That beard. Wow. What an interesting person. He could use a dog or a cat at home, I think.

Schufreider is amazing. The way he walks into a classroom with a bottle of water, sits at a desk, and just talks for a solid hour and a half..it's mindblowing

I'll never forget that crazy old man, the way his eyes look as if they had been trapped in the forest on his chin for many years, then crawled up his face to the sockets, holding the wisdom of all they have seen.
That being said, he can be a little narrow-minded at times, but that coming from me is like a compliment.
