She's giving some speech about her plan for La. (yeah, whatever). Now this is going to make me seem really Republicany (I made up a word!), but the people who talk about how bad Bush is at giving speeches need to come on down to de bayou. Kathleen Blanco makes George Bush sound like Winston Churchhill. There were five minute gaps in between each word. It sounded like she was trying to physically push every little phrase out. In the art of speech, Blanco seriously needs some Metamucil.
